Because we use organic and wildcrafted plant ingredients with no chemical preservatives, sometimes the outward appearance of our products will change a little bit from time to time. Plants are alive, after all! Their environment influences their expression, just like us humans. Depending on the season and the area in which they are sourced, color/texture might look or feel a tad bit different from batch to batch.
Separation is totally normal and occurs due to temperature changes. For example, when your All Cream separates, the liquid you're seeing at the top of the product is rosewater! The separation shouldn't affect the integrity of the product. Mixing it up with a clean, dry spoon will integrate the liquid. If you have any issues at all though, please don't hesitate to reach out!
