Beeswax is usually the culprit here! A thin layer of beeswax will develop on the surface of the Adornment products (Lip Paints, Stains, Highlighters and Eye Coals) after the product cools during the making process. We recommend using a (clean!!) fingernail to gently scrape that top layer off. You'll gain better access to the potent goodness underneath.
